I would like to take this opportunity to thank you both for all of your assistance in helping me with my decision making process with respect to the granite in my kitchen.

Having specific knowledge of the industry, you are both well aware of construction issues which can create very difficult times for the home owner. Circumstances such as, the placement of the tile, cabinets, and the timing of specific contractors can create situations for various contractors involved in the process. Changes may occur which will affect other contractors, thereby, delaying work in other areas and eventually can create a disasters if not carefully considered.

To say the least, I was in fact one of those homeowners who had various issues with respect to having decided to replace my kitchen cabinets once the tile had been completed and the granite ordered. Nonetheless, it was you and your expertise which stopped the process immediately and without further a due - contacted the cabinet contractor to correspond the timing and the placement of cabinets.

Once the cabinets were installed the cabinet contractor contacted you immediately and you returned to my residence to create yet another template of my cabinets. Not once did you complain - if anything, you were both extremely helpful in the entire process. Although there was a delay in placing the granite - it was no fault of yours and you were able to get the entire job completed in an expeditious manner.

I want to express my deepest appreciation for an absolutely wonderful job. I can not express my gratitude for all of your assistance in this time of "my construction crisis". Furthermore, what a beautiful addition to my home - the granite just made my kitchen absolutely perfect and what a wonderful place to gather.
